We should not use street languages and offensive vocabulary with the colleagues. From verbal communication to online communication, a formal and plain language should be included in the overall office etiquette. We should call our colleagues in a respectable manner and do not call them with nick names or self created names, as the colleague may be annoyed.

Cell phones have become an essential part of life. We cannot be in touch with the world in its absence. Apart from its importance perceptive, we should respect the office etiquette. The ringtone should be low enough that does not break the silence and concentration. We should also avoid receiving personal calls on our workplace. We may talk just outside a shared cabin or a hall.

Reach the office in time

The office etiquette require the employees to be punctual reaching the office and never leave their workplace without any notice or permission. Reaching the office in time and keeping yourself stick to the deadlines conveys the sense of responsibility on the part of the individual. The one needs to be more punctual for a rapid and continuous success at work.

Keep yourself and the office clean

Try to keep yourself fit and healthy so that you can keep yourself and your workplace cleaner than others. Cleanliness will alternately keep you free from dust and smoke allergies as well as it will count towards your office etiquette.
